AEC EmployMe replaces the previous AEC Employment system. We developed it in response to your feedback on what the AEC can do to help you better manage your employment account with us.

The AEC is an inclusive workplace and aims to provide employment to people in their local community with suitable skills. People with disability may be asked to complete relevant prompts when completing their registration of interest. This helps us to support a safe and accessible workplace.
Our system for temporary employment, AEC EmployMe, aims to meet the Australian Government’s web accessibility requirements. These include the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level.
We aim for continual improvement. We have identified some minor, temporary limitations to AEC EmployMe that could impact people who use screen readers. We are working to address these to improve the accessibility of our system.
